Had to great nights with Sebastian Bach last weekend, Friday December 12 at the Mercy Lounge in Nashville, and Sunday December 14 at The Warehouse in Clarksville, Tn.

27 years of rock and roll history Sebastian called it through both nights from stage – the set lists included classics like Big Guns, Monkey Business, Slave To The Grind, Youth Gone Wild, and emotional dedication of In A Darkened Room to the late Dimebag Darrell, as well as newer tracks like American Metal Head and All My Friends Are Dead written with mutual friend John5, Baz was in the middle of an amazing 13 nights straight and absolutely killed both nights, his voice is powerful as ever. We hung out for a couple hours Sunday night with some mutual friends, and as he did his one on one meet and greets on his bus. This got very emotional at one point when a 62 year old gentlemen came to the bvus and told Sebastian and us that he was a terminal cancer patient, and that the #1 thing on his bucket list was to meet Baz and now he had done that. There was not a dry eye in the room.

As you all know I have a friend that is kicking ass and taking names currently on THE VOICE. Craig Wayne Boyd came home for 1 day last week, unbeknownst to him, he came home to a surprise houseful of friends and family including his little mini me Jax. Craig is currently in the Top 5 on the hit television show and on #teamblake, and this evening he is set to continue on to the top 3. Many of you hit me up via phone, text, email and Fb last night with ” HEY I SAW YOU with your friend on The VOice !!” I am thrilled and honored to be a part of Team Craig since I moved her and met him 6 years ago.

Let’s keep the votes going and our fingers crossed that he wins this thing and goes on to become the superstar that I knew he would be some day.

10 years ago today, the world lost a hero. Darrell Lance Abbott, better known to most as Dimebag Darrell was taken from us, and the world is a darker place without him in it. Darrell was truly the kindest, most giving, and fun people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and calling friend and family. His spirit , character and legacy continues to live on in though, through the people he touched and influenced, and future generation to come. Not a single day goes by that I don’t think about him and how impacted my life as well as the lives of millions of others around the world. We were all luck to have had him, and I am eternally grateful for each and every moment I was given with him. The impact he left can still be seen today, by the literally thousands upon thousands of fans that have tattooed him forever into their skin (including my own) The countless young children that weren’t even close to being old enough to have seen Damageplan, let alone Pantera that come up to Rita and I daily at the Dimebag Hardware tent and tell us how much he influenced their young lives, and the neverending number of people that say ” i wish i could have met him, to which I ALWAYS reply no… I wish you could have met him” With this day and every other, cherish your loved ones, let them know you care raise a glass to our fallen brother DIMEBAG DARRELL !!! You are eternally loved and missed by all. Let us not also forget the three other men taken from the world that evening trying to help save lives – JEFFREY MAYHEM THOMPSON ERIN HALK and NATHAN BRAY.

In  honor of the upcoming 10th anniversary of the passing of my friend, brother and hero, Pantera and Damageplan guitarist Dimebag Darrell, I have uploaded and shared this previously unseen footage performing Pride in Rockford, il. EnjoY ! I have several other fairly low quality videos like this from the evening to share one by one. I hope you enjoy it for what it is. Please keep in mind, this was 10 years ago, with a pocket camera, which at the time was quite expensive.
