Photo gallery updates tonight include live photos of Corrosion Of Conformity and Kyng from their performances at the recent Ride For Dime 2016 show August 20, 2016 in Dallas Texas at Gas Monkey Live in celebration of Dimebag Darrell’s 50th birthday. The show also featured sets from Prong, Honky , an amazing tribute to Darrell from his friend and former Grim Reaper guitarist Nick Bowcott. The show was once again hosted by our brother Jose Mangin of Sirius Xm Liquid Metal. This was our biggest and best attended show in Ride For Dime history and was a perfect celebration of Dime’s life and music by fans, family and some of his closest friends. It was an honor to have folks like Grady Champion, Bobby Tongs, The Kat John Brooks, and the Rat provide their services for the day to make the show run flawlessly.

While in Dallas for the RFD event, Rita and I had the chance to go see legendary KISS guitarist Ace Frehley’s show August 18 at Gas Monkey Live. Ace put on another stellar show that included classics like Strange Ways, Deuce, Rip It Out, Cold Gin and more. Getting to hang and catch up with Ace after the show was definitely a highlight of the weekend, for both of us having been fans for the better part of 40 years.
